Jody leads our English Law Dispute Resolution team. Having spent many years with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London he has considerable experience of advising in respect of complex disputes.

Neil is a partner in our Dispute Resolution team and has a wealth of experience in marine and offshore disputes, representing clients in court and at arbitration and mediation.
Commercial Real Estate
Peter is a partner in our Commercial Real Estate team with substantial and wide ranging commercial experience. Peter is described in Legal 500 UK as "Extremely diligent and commercially aware."

Tamar is the first female managing partner at Burness Paull and leads, alongside the chair, an ambitious UK and international growth strategy that has delivered year-on-year growth since her appointment in 2018.

Nick is a partner in the Commercial Real Estate team having been involved in the commercial real estate sector for over 30 years. His clients are drawn from the investment, banking, retail and leisure sectors.
