Our dedicated E&P legal team’s day-to-day involvement in upstream and midstream transactions means that we understand the commercial, operational and technical context of your business.
We regularly advise on the acquisition & disposal of upstream assets, farm-outs, share deals and the agreements needed to develop and operate a field. The in-house legal and commercial management experience of our lawyers ensures our advice is focused on what is important to you.
