Paul is a partner in the Corporate Finance team, advising clients across a broad range of sectors on corporate legal issues including mergers and acquisitions, group reorganisations, capital reductions and corporate governance.
Intellectual Property
Fiona is both an English and Scottish qualified solicitor who has specialised in the areas of intellectual property and commercial law for more than 30 years.
Dispute Resolution
Pauline is a director in our Dispute Resolution team and is a skilled litigator dealing with a wide range of complex commercial disputes, including negligence, breach of contract and director disqualifications.
