Ronnie is head of our Corporate Tax practice. As a lawyer he brings a commercial approach to a highly technical area, offering sensible solutions to achieving tax efficient results.
In addition to overseeing his team’s delivery of transactional support, Ronnie provides front-end strategic advice in a practical and holistic way.
Ronnie is a member of the Law Society of Scotland Tax Committee and serves as Convener of its Business and Property Taxes sub-committee. He is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, the VAT Practitioners Group, the Scottish Property Federation Tax Committee and the Stamp Taxes Practitioners Group.
Ronnie has been recognised in the legal directories for a number of years, mostly recently recognised in Legal 500’s ‘Hall of Fame’. Acknowledgements include:
