Planning
Alasdair is head of the firm’s Planning & Environment team. He advises clients in the public and private sectors on a range of issues, including major development and renewable energy.

James is a director in our Commercial Real Estate team. He deals with residential plot sales and all aspects of commercial real estate work including acquisitions, disposals, secured lending and commercial leasing (landlord and tenant).

Ruth is a director in our Procurement team, advising and assisting local authority clients, central government bodies, registered social landlords and non-departmental public bodies on a wide range of issues.

Tom trained with us and is a Senior Associate within our market-leading Corporate Finance team. He advises all kinds of clients – of all sizes – on a wide range of corporate matters.
