Lynne is a director in our Dispute Resolution team with a focus on health & safety and environmental law and corporate crime. Her work includes assisting clients with their investigations into health and safety or environmental breaches, as well as liaising with the regulators on their behalf. She also represents clients at health and safety prosecutions, fatal claims, personal injury actions and Fatal Accident Inquiries. Lynne has a range of experience advising on all aspects of safety and regulatory compliance. She has advised a number of clients on their duties in relation to fire safety and wider building safety issues, such as management of asbestos and legionella risks, and is a member of the firm’s Building Safety Group.

Lynne also provides training to senior managers on corporate and individual compliance with health and safety duties. She also regularly advises clients on compliance with EU Sanctions.

Lynne is a Member of the Health and Safety Lawyers Association and the UK Environmental Law Association.
