He has extensive experience across a broad spectrum of corporate work, with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and shareholder agreements. Juan regularly supports clients through all stages of transactions, from initial structuring and negotiation to completion and post-completion matters, ensuring pragmatic solutions.
Juan qualified as a lawyer in Argentina in 2017 and requalified in English law in 2021. His career spans both in-house roles and positions at leading law firms in Argentina, Scotland, and England, where he has developed a deep understanding of cross-border transactions. This diverse background enables him to provide strategic advice to clients operating in multiple jurisdictions and sectors.
In addition to his technical expertise, Juan brings a collaborative approach to client relationships, focusing on clear communication and tailored advice to meet each client’s objectives. He is fluent in English and Spanish and has a strong working knowledge of French, which allows him to assist international clients effectively and navigate multilingual negotiations.
