Clients love her high energy and positivity as she embraces their culture and objectives as if they were her own.

Jen has an outstanding flair for securing success for clients in complex and contentious employment matters, regularly appearing in Employment Tribunals across the UK. She is regularly called upon to advise UK and international clients on business critical investigations (often involving whistleblowing and alleged discriminatory behaviour including sexual harassment), having focussed on this area since she qualified over 15 years ago. Her holistic “one team” approach instils confidence in clients, who value her reliability, responsiveness and refreshingly straightforward style.

Jen also leads the firms international strategy group. This added dimension to her practice means Jen is an adviser of choice for domestic clients with global ambitions as well as business looking to enter the UK market.

Jen is very approachable and she has a level head. No challenge is too big and she always deals with a situation with the utmost professionalism.
