This session explored the first AI-related guidance concerning interim relief cases, lessons emerging from other jurisdictions, and the impact that the Employment Rights Act 2025 could have on future claim numbers, as well as some interesting case law concerning AI use in litigation.
James Ritchie, Senior Associate in our immigration team, joined to discuss the right to work changes which are in force from 1 October 2026.
