Graeme Di Rollo
Graeme is a solicitor in our Dispute Resolution team, working primarily in the firm’s contentious IP and Technology practice. Graeme advises on a wide range of disputes involving trade marks, copyright, confidential information and various IT-related matters. He has particular experience in copyright enforcement, and carries out UK-wide work for major image licencing companies and multimedia agencies.
Graeme also regularly provides advice in relation to defamation, privacy and strategic reputation management.
Graeme has experience raising and defending actions in both Sheriff Court and Court of Session matters.
