Vicky is a partner in our Corporate team, with over 15 years’ experience advising clients across a broad range of sectors. She has a particular focus on financial services and energy.
She regularly advises domestic and international clients on complex, cross-border M&A transactions as well as joint ventures, group reorganisations, corporate governance and other general corporate advisory work.
