Steffani is a Company Secretary & Governance Advisor in our Company Secretarial Team.
Steffani is based in our Aberdeen office. Steffani graduated from the University of Aberdeen with an LLB (Honours) and Diploma in Legal Practice before embarking on her legal traineeship in all aspects of private client work. Subsequent to reaching Associate level, Steffani changed career direction after taking a role as a Company Secretarial Assistant and progressed rapidly to Company Secretary and Governance Specialist.
Steffani has a vast knowledge and over 10 years’ experience in company secretarial services and corporate governance.
As part of the team at Burness Paul, Steffani provides guidance and support to clients and colleagues on all company secretarial requirements and matters.
