Rachel is a partner in our Corporate Finance team, specialising in international private equity and complex cross-border M&A transactions. With over a decade of experience, her clients include institutional investors, corporates, investee companies, senior management teams and founders.

Rachel regularly advises on the full spectrum of private M&A work including leveraged buy-outs, bolt-on acquisitions, carve-outs, co-investments, minority deals, reorganisations and restructurings, as well as advising on general corporate matters. She is particularly experienced at advising management teams on complex, multi-jurisdictional equity arrangements at pivotal moments in their company’s lifecycle. She brings a wealth of experience to the role following her six years at leading City law firm Travers Smith and rejoined Burness Paull in 2024.
