Pauline is a Director in our Disputes and Regulatory team. She is an experienced litigator who handles a wide range of complex commercial disputes. Her practice focuses on advising consumer‑facing businesses on risks involving class actions, product liability, defamation, reputation management and advertising.
Pauline has particular expertise in group litigation, and regularly advises on high‑profile international class actions. As a key member of our Band 1 ranked product liability team, she provides clear and commercially grounded advice on product litigation, advertising and promotions, product recalls, and the regulatory considerations that arise when launching new products. She frequently collaborates with international legal teams, working alongside lawyers in England, the USA, and beyond. Pauline also provides advice on reputation management, defamation and media matters, supporting businesses, individuals, broadcasters, publishers and television producers in navigating sensitive or high‑stakes communications and editorial issues.
Pauline’s broad cross‑sector experience - including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, automotive, technology, and food and drink - enables her to guide clients through complex legal, commercial, and reputational challenges. Pauline’s pragmatic and strategic approach helps clients navigate critical moments with confidence and clarity.
