Pauline is a Director in our Dispute Resolution team. Pauline’s practice focuses on advising consumer facing businesses on issues such as product liability and advertising. In addition, Pauline is a skilled litigator dealing with a wide range of complex commercial disputes.

Pauline has particular expertise in group litigation, and regularly advises on high profile international group actions. Pauline’s is a key member of our Band 1 ranked product liability team, and provides practical advice on product litigation, advertising, promotions, recalls, and introducing new products to the market. Pauline frequently works in international legal teams in concert with lawyers in England, the USA and other overseas jurisdictions.

Pauline’s passion for product development and creativity drives her ability to deliver practical and strategic advice for her clients at crucial moments for their businesses. Her experience runs the gamut of consumer industries, including pharma, medical device, automotive, technology and food and drink.

Pauline is ranked as Up and Coming in Chambers 2025 for Product Liability.
