Nicola Scott is a partner in our energy team. Nicola advises clients in the renewables and rural sectors on real estate matters having spent her career working in both private practice and as in house counsel with a multi-national energy company. Her experience includes acting for developer clients on all property aspects relating to the development and financing of renewable energy projects across onshore and offshore technologies. She also assists on property elements of corporate M&A deals and cross-border transactions. In addition, Nicola has strong general commercial property expertise and has experience advising landowners on energy and natural capital projects.
