Luke is a solicitor in our Disputes & Regulatory team. He advises clients on a wide range of contentious and regulatory matters, with experience in commercial litigation, professional negligence, public law and other complex disputes. He regularly assists in proceedings before the Court of Session and Sheriff Courts, supporting clients through all stages of the litigation process.
Luke qualified in 2026 after training with a prominent Glasgow-based litigation firm. During his traineeship, he gained significant experience across both civil and criminal litigation, developing a detailed understanding of Scotland's court system and dispute resolution procedures. Acting for a diverse client base of businesses and private individuals, he was involved in a broad range of matters, from case inception through to final resolution.
Luke has a particular interest in public and human rights law and maintains a keen interest in developments affecting the relationship between individuals, businesses and public authorities. He graduated from the University of Glasgow with a Joint Honours degree in Law and Politics, which has given him a strong appreciation of the legal, political and regulatory frameworks within which clients operate.
