Lorna McKay is a Director based in our Glasgow office. She has a diverse client base across Scotland including estate, farming and other rural businesses. Her upbringing on an Argyllshire dairy farm gives her practical insight into the agricultural sector and a genuine interest in rural affairs.
Lorna is an experienced conveyancer and handles transactional business of all types including the acquisition and disposal of farms, forestry, country houses and estates, alongside advisory work on succession planning, partnerships, sportings, servitudes and land reform. Accredited as a specialist in Agricultural Law by the Law Society of Scotland, she has particular expertise in agricultural holdings matters.
