Described by clients as a “star” and an “outstanding representative of the firm”, Kerry regularly advises both public and private sector clients in relation to a wide range of employment issues.

Kerry has particular experience of negotiating employee exits, as well as advising on the legal and commercial aspects of tribunal claims, having represented clients in Employment Tribunals throughout the UK in relation to claims of unfair dismissal; whistle blowing; discrimination and disability status.

In relation to non-contentious matters, Kerry regularly acts as a point of contact for day to day HR queries and prepares legal opinions in relation to more complex or strategic matters.
