Jo has experience providing support on M&A, joint ventures, and due diligence exercises in the renewables sector. She has experience dealing with regulatory matters for a wide variety of renewables clients including providing advice on the Contract for Difference regime, the Renewables Obligation and the Capacity Market in respect of both compliance and eligibility/guiding clients through the application process.

Jo has advised clients in respect of aviation related issues affecting wind farm developments and in relation to complex and technical grid connection matters. She also has experience dealing with the impact of the various energy regulatory regimes in the context of corporate transactions for renewables development projects.
