Jack is a solicitor in our Bank 1 Ranked Banking and Funds team and is experienced in advising both private and listed companies in a variety of sectors, including energy, real estate and the third sector.
Jack's experience includes M&A, corporate fundraising (including IPO's and leveraged financing) and investment in national and major infrastructure projects.
