Holly is a senior solicitor in our Dispute Resolution team specialising in Real Estate Litigation.
She has experience in a variety of contentious property issues including Landlord and Tenant disputes, lease obligations, property damage, boundary disputes and dilapidation matters. Holly acts for a wide range of clients including commercial organisations and private individuals.
Holly also has experience in court actions involving the Court of Session; assisting on actions raised in the Scottish Land Court and the First-Tier Tribunal (Housing and Property Chamber) and has appeared in various Sheriff Courts across Scotland.
She is a member of the Property Litigation Association and Women in Property network.
