Graeme specialises in EU procurement law. He has extensive experience in advising contracting authorities and utilities on the full range of issues that arise.

Graeme spent a number of years working in the public sector before joining the firm. That experience - and the insight gained - gives him an edge in advising contracting authorities, and those dealing with them, on EU procurement law issues. He works closely with the public sector, social housing, projects, construction, urban regeneration, dispute resolution, charities and social enterprise teams on issues relating to compliance, shared services, collaboration and procurement challenges.

Graeme is a member of the UK Procurement Lawyers Association.
