Gillian is a director in our Employment team. She deals with all aspects of employment law, particularly redundancy situations, advising on employee grievances, capability and disciplinary matters, preparation and revision of contracts of employment, employee handbooks and service agreements, advising on TUPE issues and advising on contentious matters. Gillian is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
