Claire is a partner in our Employment team. Based in Aberdeen, she advises on the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
Claire has particular expertise in the energy, infrastructure and financial services sectors. She advises employers on complex and highly sensitive investigations and resolving high profile disputes for employers including conducting high profile tribunal litigation and advises on complex projects involving restructuring, redundancy, outsourcing and TUPE.
She also has experience advising on cross-border projects, deals and offshore working.
