Caroline is a director in the Banking & Finance team with over 20 years experience. Her particular specialisms include real estate finance, both development and investment finance, and project finance having worked on projects in a variety of sectors, including health, education and waste management. Caroline acts for lenders, private equity funds, borrowers, public sector and private sector clients on a wide range of finance matters.
Caroline has experience in advising on cross border financings and in relation to the financing of oil and gas companies having been part of the Burness Paull team that advised Serica Energy plc in respect of its new reserves-based lending facility.
Caroline completed a six-month secondment at The Royal Bank of Scotland plc providing specialist legal resource and support for real estate finance related transactions.
Caroline is part of the firm’s Building Safety group and large infrastructure project group.
