Andrew is a director in the energy team. He specialises in advising clients on all aspects of corporate transactions with a particular focus on M&A and private equity transactions.
Andrew is highly experienced advising on deals in the oil and gas service sector and in renewable and sustainable energy. His practice ranges from advising multinational clients on transactions relating to large scale battery storage and hydrogen projects to advising major upstream companies on high-value FPSO transactions. In addition to his energy sector experience, Andrew also has experience advising clients in the technology sector with the majority of his transactions having complex, international and cross-border aspects.
Recent projects include advising an operator in relation to the modification and charter of an FPSO vessel to be deployed to a significant UKCS oilfield and advising ChampionX Oilfield Technology Solutions in relation to its acquisition of RMSpumptools Limited.
