Burness Paull brings specialist legal and regulatory expertise to Blockchain Scotland network

Burness Paull has become a member and the first strategic legal partner of Blockchain Scotland, the leading industry association created to drive forward Scotland’s growing blockchain and digital assets ecosystem.

Specialist lawyers from across the firm will provide Blockchain Scotland members with regulatory insight, thought leadership content and practical support on the legal, regulatory and commercial questions that arise as blockchain technology is adopted across both crypto-native and traditional financial services organisations. 

The partnership reflects the growing significance of blockchain and distributed ledger technology across Scotland’s financial services, technology and innovation sectors.
