Nikki is a senior associate in our specialist immigration law team. She joined Burness Paull in February 2019, having practised in the area of immigration law for around a decade. She is particularly interested in sponsor licence law, nationality law and family migration.
Nikki has appeared regularly at the First Tier and Upper Tribunal, Immigration Chamber. She also has extensive experience instructing Judicial Reviews of Home Office decisions at the Court of Session.
She is a regular speaker on the topics of immigration law and Brexit and has tutored on preparatory courses for those seeking to undertake OISC examinations.
