Neil is a partner in our Commercial Property department with a particular interest in renewable energy projects. Neil has significant experience acting as a lawyer for developers and funders in connection with renewable energy developments across a range of technologies including onshore wind, offshore wind, solar, energy from waste, combined heat and power and tidal projects.
Clients appreciate Neil’s responsiveness and commercial, pragmatic advice, and he is noted in Legal 500 as being a Rising Star in the area of Energy (excluding oil and gas).
Neil regularly leads our team co-ordinating input from various disciplines in renewable energy projects. Neil has a qualification in legal project management, being a certified Legal Project Associate by the International Institute of Legal Project Management.
Neil also advises clients on other aspects of commercial property work, including acquisition and sale and property finance transactions.
