Jacqui is a director and integral part of the funds team. Considered a trusted adviser to many leading City firms, private equity houses and other international clients, Jacqui is recognised for her work in relation to GP side investment fund structuring, formation and lifetime related matters, and is particularly well known for her carried interest expertise.
Jacqui also has particular expertise in connection with the implementation of, and ongoing activities of asset backed pension contributions schemes, a structure which often make use of Scottish limited partnerships. Jacqui regularly acts for both pension trustees and sponsoring employers in connection with these transactions, and clients benefit from her depth of knowledge and expertise.
Prior to joining Burness Paull, Jacqui trained in both Edinburgh and the City.
