Vicky is a partner in our Corporate team, with over 15 years’ experience advising clients across a broad range of sectors. She has a particular focus on financial services and energy.
She regularly advises domestic and international clients on complex, cross-border M&A transactions as well as joint ventures, group reorganisations, corporate governance and other general corporate advisory work.
I have done around half a dozen M&A deals and it was clear that Vicky’s vast experience shone through in adding value and I felt the full benefit of her experience. Vicky is very good, a joy to work with. She has developed into the role of trusted adviser.
