Victoria is a director in our Banking & Funds team specialising in the establishment and management of alternative investment fund structures.
She frequently acts for fund managers, administrators and City and overseas firms on the formation, operation and maintenance of fund vehicles and associated carry and co-investment schemes, with a recent client describing her as: ‘an exceptional communicator’. Victoria also regularly represents fund sponsors and investors in relation to investments into private funds, secondary transactions and GP-led restructuring.
Having advised a varied lender/borrower client base on a number of cross-border banking transactions, Victoria also regularly combines her knowledge from a banking standpoint with funds structuring to provide advice on funds financing transactions, often in the context of bridging facilities.
