Steven is a senior associate in our Dispute Resolution team, specialising in insolvency litigation. Steven’s work includes director disqualification actions, public interest winding up petitions, recovery of judicial expenses, investigating director conduct (for both Scottish and English companies), disqualification report drafting, public interest winding up petitions and providing advice on other case related and general matters.

Steven is a member of the restructuring and insolvency team and regularly advises clients such as IP firms on liquidations, administrations and receiverships, covering all aspects of both corporate insolvency and personal bankruptcy. As a court lawyer, he has experience in advising on and running court actions at both Sheriff Court and Court of Session level.
