Stephanie is an associate in the Disputes & Regulatory team. She is dual qualified in Scotland and in England & Wales and advises clients on a broad range of commercial disputes.
Stephanie has experience in high-value and complex commercial disputes across a variety of sectors, including fraud, insolvency, shareholder and sports disputes.
She has been involved in a range of strategically significant matters, including litigation before the English High Court and international arbitration proceedings, often with cross-border elements.
Her experience includes advising on restructuring plans and schemes of arrangement, as well as disputes arising in the context of corporate distress and insolvency.
Stephanie has also acted in sports-related contractual disputes and works closely with clients to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused advice and effective dispute resolution strategies.
