Sophia is a senior associate in our Real Estate team, with a particular focus on transactions relating to housebuilding and residential property development, advising clients at each stage of the transaction, including acquisition and funding, site set-up, and sales to housing associations.
Sophia also has experience dealing with a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, investment and development transactions, property finance and commercial leasing.
