Shelley is the Business Development Manager for our energy team. She works closely with our multi-disciplinary team to bring a holistic legal service to clients operating across the spectrum of energy technologies. She also provides business development support to our health & safety, healthcare & life sciences and environment teams.
Shelley has over 18 years’ experience in business development roles at professional services firms and, before moving into the legal sector, she worked for a Big 4 accountancy firm providing account management on key global energy clients, with her role based across Aberdeen and London.
Shelley is passionate about working with our developing leaders, supporting our ‘Future Leaders Across the Renewable Energy Sector’ (FLARES) relationship development programme and delivering business development training to trainees. She was also a founding member of the first Energy Institute Young Professionals Network Committee (Aberdeen, Highlands & Islands Branch) which provides development, networking and educational opportunities to young professionals across the energy industry.
