Sarah has over 17 years’ experience in a wide range of areas including commercial leasing, acquisitions and disposals of commercial real estate, investment and development work, ground rent transactions, corporate support and real estate finance.
Being dual-qualified in both Scots and English law gives Sarah an enhanced ability to advise on cross-border transactions and she has a particular expertise in the liquor licensing aspects of real estate transactions.
