Ruairidh is a Senior Associate in the Corporate team and has experience advising clients, and in particular high growth companies in the tech sector.
He has experience working on a variety of corporate matters, including cross-border M&A, investment and private equity transactions as well as general corporate advisory matters.
Ruairidh won the Up-and-Coming Lawyer of the Year award at the 2023 Herald Law Awards. The judges noted that he “demonstrated great examples of a star performer grounded in corporate law whilst displaying significant personal, business and leadership skills”.
