Robbie is a solicitor in our Energy team in Glasgow. He advises on corporate transactions for a wide variety of clients, with experience working on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, and general corporate advisory matters.
Robbie has experience working in-house within the corporate team of a FTSE100 company, through which, he has developed a strong understanding of the key commercial considerations involved in a deal, and what really matters to clients.
