Rebecca is a director in the English Commercial Property Disputes team where she assists commercial clients with landlord and tenant disputes including contested and uncontested lease renewals, operation of break clauses, rent arrears recovery, dilapidations and forfeiture claims. Rebecca’s practice also includes acting in wider real estate litigation involving easements and restrictive covenant disputes and rights to light matters. She has particular experience in possession actions and recovery of land in both the High Court and County Court against protestors and Persons Unknown.
She is qualified in England and Wales.
Rebecca is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
She is ranked by independent legal directory Legal 500 and listed as an “Associate to Watch” by Chambers and Partners.
