With over 15 years’ experience he is a respected practitioner in the industry, and has delivered some of the biggest real estate deals in Scotland in recent years (including advising the purchaser on the largest ever multi-let office investment transaction to date in Scotland). Paul has a wealth of experience in landlord / tenant issues and on a daily basis handles the lease management needs of a stable of household name tenants. On the landlord-side, Paul looks after clients including major institutional players, high net worth family offices and REITs.
