Morven is a senior associate in the firm’s Construction & Projects team. She has experience in the advice and handling of construction claims raised against contractors, surveyors and design team professionals.
Morven has acted for various types of clients and is now using her experience of handling contentious construction disputes to draft and negotiate construction documentation for clients including building contracts, appointments and collateral warranties.
Morven is a member of Young Professionals in Construction.
