Morag is a partner in our Employment team.
Morag provides advice on the whole spectrum of employment law issues – advising on disciplinary, grievance, performance management and sickness absence matters, as well as supporting clients in relation to employment contract and policy reviews, redundancy and restructuring exercises, drafting and negotiation of settlement agreements and management of employment tribunals.
Described by one client “as the best employment lawyer I have ever worked with”, she combines superb technical knowledge with great business sense and superb responsiveness.
She regularly advises clients in a broad range of sectors on large-scale (and often highly publicised) projects such as TUPE transfers, redundancies and collective redundancies, and harmonisation of terms and conditions of employment. Morag has a particular specialism in relation to the application of TUPE and its practical implications for clients.
Morag Moffett is a true professional but not without the all-important human touch and elements. She is such a kind and understanding personality and so attentive and sympathetic.
