Mhairi Morrison is an associate in our Dispute Resolution team who specialises in professional negligence and is part of the firm’s centre of excellence for professional negligence disputes. 

She acts for commercial clients and private individuals in high value, complex professional liability claims in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session. Those disputes concern a wide range of professionals including, solicitors, financial advisors, accountants, surveyors and engineers. 

In addition, Mhairi advises businesses and individuals on insurance and contractual disputes. For the insurance disputes, she brings the expertise gained from acting for insurers following property damage, as well as providing advice on policy coverage issues. 

Mhairi is recognised for her meticulous yet pragmatic and commercial approach to achieving the best results for clients.
