Lynsey is a director in the firm’s Financial Services Regulatory team.
Lynsey trained in private practice and has significant experience in house working for leading UK pension and platform providers and advising on a broad range of financial services matters, including investments, insurance, platforms, financial advice and pensions.
As well as working with in house legal teams, Lynsey enjoys working with business areas, including the board of directors and trustees, and compliance, risk, operations, customer services and distribution functions.
She also has in depth experience with the FCA rules and advising on the practical application of regulatory changes across all aspects of the business.
