Louise is a Partner in the Commercial Real Estate team and delivers high quality advice and solutions to clients in the private sector as well as the public and quasi-public sectors.

Louise has a particular focus on development, both residential (acting for housebuilders, landowners, developers, social housing providers and investors) and commercial including regeneration projects and finance projects. Louise also has considerable experience in the telecommunications sector, commercial leasing, portfolio management and the acquisition and sale of commercial and investment real estate. Louise is also a contributor to the firm’s Housebuilding, Living and Building Safety Teams.
