Lewis is a senior associate in our Insurance Litigation team. He qualified as a solicitor in 2016.

Having previously acted for claimants at a well-known Scottish personal injury firm in the early part of his career, he has a broad experience of claims in negligence across a range of sectors including:

Lewis has acted for both pursuer and now defender in the Sheriff Courts and the Court of Session, including the successful defence of an appeal to the Inner House. He has particular expertise in employer’s liability claims, arising from both accidents at work and industrial disease as well as reparation actions arising from property damage, nuisance, fraud and wrongful detention.
