Lauren is an associate in the technology & commercial team, with a wide range of data protection and commercial contracts experience across a variety of sectors. Lauren’s experience ranges from advising on complex loyalty schemes, global intragroup data sharing agreements and data protection remediation exercises following high profile incidents, to business as usual advice on lawful basis of processing, data processing agreement negotiations and policy review and updates.
Lauren has particular experience in the retail and consumer and financial services sectors, having advised British fintechs, household names and luxury brands.
