Laura is a senior associate in our employment team. She advises on the full range of employment law, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, industrial relations, restructures and redundancies, settlement agreements, and TUPE. Having acted for both claimants and respondents, she offers balanced, strategic advice across contentious and non-contentious issues.

Laura’s prior experience in HR brings a valuable dual perspective of the practical and commercial realities facing employers, enabling her to deliver advice that is not only legally robust but also workable in practice. Laura is also experienced in providing corporate transactional support and enjoys delivering training for clients and partner organisations.

Working with clients ranging from large organisations and public sector bodies to SMEs and individuals, Laura is known for her pragmatic approach, attention to detail and ability to build trusted relationships. She helps clients find practical solutions that manage risk and support their wider objectives.
